| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | Based on the development and growth that has been presented worldwide over the years, many have been processes and alterations that have been identified with the objective of economic, social, environmental and political growth, scenarios that require intervention and / or modification that has repercussions due to its handling, raw material, technology, production chain, external and internal factors and others, in the environment. For this reason, and in order to create strategies that mitigate impacts, control emissions and cover the needs of a society, the implementation of renewable energies is projected and encouraged, which due to its disposition that becomes an almost immediate tool. In different parts of the world, the measure has been received in a satisfactory manner, showing that it is necessary to generate a change in the ways of obtaining energy, which directly affect the behavior of weather and climate, however, there are certain factors that limit or grow this process, for this reason two countries were selected whose processes by means of comparative analysis, They allowed us to identify which factors are influential when dealing with issues that imply a change. Factors such as the interest for temperature, the analysis of emissions and industrial conditions and the investment in knowledge and technology regulated by means of security, are the basic variables for the construction of a change in the use of raw material thus achieving a transcendence of the traditional to the renewable. Climate change is an external event that generates the implementation of renewable energies, creating a limitation, which technologies and current benefits, reducing their level of efficiency; because the energies require as a raw material the speed of the wind, water vapor, radiation, among others, which are influenced by the variations that this phenomenon presents in them, which generate increase and decrease of frequencies and / or conditions , which is an aspect that many interested in developing the subject put as a barrier to make an investment. China does not have a wealth of natural resources unlike Colombia, which is classified and identified as one of the most biodiverse countries, with richness significantly in natural resources, however the former is considered today as a power and leader in the field of renewable energies. | eng |
