The structured essay corresponded to a descriptive research process that set out as a general objective to analyze the functional contribution generated by ontological coaching to the organizational concept. During the research process, psycho-emotional and psychosocial contributions derived from the systemic, individual and anthropological nature of ontology as a method of organizational motivation were identified. The design of the trial consists of three different results. In the first, an epistemological approach to coaching is made in relation to the employment relationship between the entity and ad hoc activity. The second sought to determine the holistic contributions of ontological coaching in relation to organizational objectivity and missionality. The third one reveals a matrix of contributions generated by coaching to the subjective and functional concept and precept of organizations dedicated to commercial activity related to the private security sector
