dc.description.abstract | En el presente artículo se presenta una descripción de las características generales del cohousing, definido como un modelo de vivienda comunitario en donde se comparten determinados lugares, sin perder el espacio privado. La intención del artículo es analizar desde una perspectiva institucional, las implicaciones de este modelo de vivienda sobre las nociones tradicionales de propiedad privada y su influencia sobre el individuo y la colectividad. Algunos de los resultados más destacables en materia económica son que las motivaciones de los agentes para renunciar a ciertos espacios están directamente relacionadas con el ahorro que esto genera y que los factores institucionales son mixtos, es decir una mezcla entre constructivismo y una perspectiva evolutiva. | spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | The present paper shows a general description of cohousing, defined as a communitarian housing model where owners can share some usual places but keeping some private space. The aim of this document is to analyze from an institutional approach, the implications of this housing model over traditional notions of private property and its influence in individuals and collectivities. Some of the most remarkable results are: agents’ motivation to renounce to their private space is directly related to saves, and there are combined institutional factors, that is a combination between constructivism and evolutive approaches. | eng |
