Resumen
En la actualidad las organizaciones se están preocupando por los factores que influyen en la baja productividad y eficiencia de la organización, uno de ellos es el clima organizacional, el cual es un punto determinante en el comportamiento de los trabajadores, afectando así el desarrollo normal de sus actividades. El clima organizacional ofrece estabilidad a las organizaciones, aportando mayor productividad y entrega en las actividades desempeñadas. En el mundo actual el clima organizacional ha tomado gran importancia, es por esto que vemos la necesidad de comprender los elementos que inciden en el desempeño de las personas, permitiendo evidenciar las dificultades que se encuentran en el empleado y su entorno. En efecto los factores internos y externos de cada una de las organizaciones actúan como un indicador para así mantener una actitud de mejoramiento constante, según Chiang (2010) “Uno de los factores claves que puede influir en las percepciones de los empleados sobre participación es el clima organizacional” (Chiang, 2010, p. 114).
Nowadays, organizations are worrying about the factors that influence the low productivity and efficiency of the organization, one of them is the organizational climate, which is a determining point in the behavior of workers, thus affecting the normal development of Your activities. The organizational climate offers stability to organizations, providing greater productivity and delivery in the activities performed. In today's world, the organizational climate has taken on great importance, which is why we see the need to understand the elements that affect the performance of people, making it possible to highlight the difficulties that are found in the employee and his environment. In effect, the internal and external factors of each of the organizations act as an indicator to maintain an attitude of constant improvement, according to Chiang (2010) "One of the key factors that can influence employees' perceptions of participation is the organizational climate "(Chiang, 2010, p. 114).
