Abstract
In a world in which everything is governed by technology and sports are fashionable, since we know how ideal it is for health, both mentally and in general, it is interesting to relate these two branches of education, with the intention to motivate the people to whom it is addressed, in order to use these technologies and learn new forms of physical activity, it is necessary to take education as a reference at the global level as a starting point, where the changes that it has come to identify presenting over the years, and consolidating the idea of current education beyond the preservation of the legacies and values that in the course of history have enabled the evolution of societies.
This concept at first sight seems simple to define, however it is not so much due in large part to the confusion of related concepts, such as exercise, sports, especially since they all have the same support: movement, motor skills , with a clear intention of physical participation (Salvador, 2014).
The hermeneutic thought conceives it as a being that is not only an object of study, it also transforms its reality, from its senses, its actions, its autonomous thoughts into its subjective reality, as quantitative research is not part of. the positivist and this integrates it in the exact sciences but for this study that seeks to propose didactic strategies from Physical Education, which contribute to the improvement of psychomotor skills in people, it is necessary to see the being from the qualitative, since quantitative would not be enough to cover the dimensions of being and much less to analyze the pedagogical aspect of the proposal, which starts from the social sciences.
In this phase the primary intention is to define and guide the problem situation, or the phenomenon to be analyzed, according to this, the project in this first phase was a documentary analysis on issues related to physical education, its historical development , psychomotricity as a trend of physical education, teaching methodologies and physical education didactics.
