Resumen
En el presente artículo de investigación tuvo por objeto reconocer las posibles causas que generan la degradación del suelo en Colombia y como este fenómeno amenaza con la Seguridad Alimentaria del país. Se caracterizaron los departamentos que se encuentran mayormente afectados por este fenómeno. La investigación se realizó por medio un proceso de recopilación y revisión de fuentes bibliográficas secundarias de entidades como son la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura (FAO), Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC), Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, las cuales presentan investigaciones confiables relacionadas en temas como son la seguridad alimentaria, inseguridad alimentaria, ordenes de suelo, afectaciones al recurso suelo y gestión integral del suelo en Colombia, los cuales fueron fundamentales para la elaboración de la presente investigación, el cual busca generar reflexión en cuanto al estado de los suelos en Colombia y como estos generan afectaciones directas e indirectas en la seguridad alimentaria del país, con la información recopilada y analizando el estado de los suelos en Colombia se brindaron recomendaciones que permitirán garantizar la calidad del suelo y la seguridad alimentaria de los departamentos identificados que presentan mayores afectaciones en Colombia en cuanto a degradación del suelo y seguridad alimentaria.
In this article of research objective was to recognize the causes that generate the soil degradation in Colombia and as this phenomenon threatens the food security of the country. Characterized the departments that are mostly affected by this phenomenon. The research was carried out by half a process of compilation and review of bibliographic entities secondary sources such as the United Nations Organization for food and Agriculture (FAO), organization of the United Nations (UN), Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC), Ministry of environment and sustainable development, Ministry of health and Social protection, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, which they have reliable research related issues such as food security, food insecurity, orders of soil, affectations to the resource soil and integral management of the ground in Colombia, which were fundamental for the elaboration of the present research project, which seeks to generate reflection on the State of soils in Colombia and how it generates direct and indirect effects on food security of the country, with the information collected and analyzed the State of soils in Colombia provided recommendations that will ensure the quality of the soil and the food security of the identified departments that have greater impact in Colombia in terms of soil degradation and security food.
