| spa |

dc.description.abstractenglish | The organizational culture is made up of the set of behaviors, norms, attitudes, values and other conditions shared by the members of an organization, these conditions are given by each type of organization, the environment that lives within it and in many occasions also they are given by the type of work that is developed. The adaptation to the organizational culture is a difficult barrier to overcome, in each country, even in each city there are different types of organizations and their culture can vary drastically even in companies belonging to the same economic sector. Now, if in many occasions it is difficult to adapt to different organizational cultures, even generating transitions of companies from the same economic sector, what expectation can be had about multinationals? | eng |
