Resumen
En el presente artículo se busca definir los intereses que han incentivado las decisiones del Estado venezolano frente a operaciones militares fronterizas entre Colombia y Venezuela: Caso de la Vereda Los Pájaros en Arauca y sobrevuelo en espacio aéreo colombiano a la altura de la Guajira, con base a los hechos sucedidos cuando un grupo de militares venezolanos instaló un campamento sobre el sector de Bocas de Jujú en la vereda Los Pájaros del departamento de Arauca y el sobrevuelo de dos aviones sobre caserío de Majayura y unidad militar del Ejército en el sector de La Flor en el departamento de La Guajira.
Por ello, en el presente caso de investigación se tomará como base su estudio a partir de la metodología exploratoria, descriptiva y explicativa, aplicando el método comparativo, teniendo como base antecedentes claves inmersos en los acuerdos o tratados históricos entre las dos naciones, situación actual de sus relaciones internacionales, posiciones ante la disputa fronteriza, intereses regionales, el impacto generado a la población civil, la respuesta del Estado colombiano, las opciones que tiene cada uno para dar fin a mencionado diferendo, entre otros, con el propósito de definir los intereses que han incentivado las decisiones del Estado venezolano para realizar operaciones militares en área fronteriza con Colombia, violando de esa manera su soberanía.
This article seeks to define the interests that have motivated the decisions of the Venezuelan State against border military operations between Colombia and Venezuela: Case of the Los Pájaros Trail in Arauca and overflight in Colombian airspace at the height of La Guajira, based on to the events that took place when a group of Venezuelan military installed a camp on the sector of Bocas de Jujú in the village of Los Pájaros in the department of Arauca and the overflight of two planes over the Majayura farmhouse and the Army's military unit in the La Flor sector in the department of La Guajira.
Therefore, in the present case study will be based on its study from the exploratory methodology, descriptive and explanatory, applying the comparative method, based on key background immersed in the agreements or historical treaties between the two nations, current situation of their international relations, positions before the border dispute, regional interests, the impact generated on the civilian population, the response of the Colombian State, the options that each one has to end this dispute, among others, with the firm purpose of defining the interests that have motivated the decisions of the Venezuelan State to carry out military operations in the border area with Colombia, thus violating its sovereignty.
