Abstract
El presente ensayo aborda los factores de riesgos biomecánicos a partir del análisis de la actividad de entrega de domicilios en bicicleta por parte del personal que labora en el restaurante El Oasis, ubicado en zona norte de Bogotá; para ello, parte de la pregunta problema ¿de qué manera pueden mitigarse los factores de riesgo biomecánicos presentes en la labor que desarrollan los trabajadores del restaurante El Oasis al transportar los alimentos por medio de la bicicleta? En primera instancia, citando las leyes que regulan el sector trabajo perteneciente al Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) a nivel nacional e internacional. Enseguida con la aclaración de los conceptos claves sobre los factores de riesgo biomecánicos a partir de la Guía Técnica Colombiana (GTC 45), para luego relacionarlos con los peligros latentes en la realización de la tarea y las características de la persona que la ejecuta, evidenciando en la práctica, aspectos laborales que pueden derivar en Desórdenes Músculo-Esqueléticos que afectan la salud y bienestar delos trabajadores. Finalmente se concluye en la necesidad de implementar programas y/o medidas de prevención, las cuales permitan un acompañamiento más efectivo en la salud ocupacional de los trabajadores que realizan este tipo de trabajos.
The present essay addresses the factors of biomechanical risks from the analysis of the delivery activity of domiciles on bike by the personnel that works in the El Oasis restaurant,
located in northern Bogota; for this, part of the problem question ¿how can the biomechanical risk factors present in the work developed by the workers of the El Oasis restaurant be mitigated when transporting food by bicycle? In the first instance, citing the laws that regulate the work sector belonging to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) at a national and international level. Right away with the clarification of the key concepts on the biomechanical risk factors starting the Colombian Technical Guide (GTC 45), to later relate them to the latent dangers in the accomplishment of the task and the characteristics of the person who executes it, evidencing in practice, work aspects that can derive to Musculo-Skeletal Disorders that affect the health and well-being of workers. Finally, it concludes on the need to implement prevention programs and / or measures, which allow a more effective accompaniment in the occupational health of workers who perform this type of work.
