The present work is intended to cover how the health system worked in Colombia before, what were the institutions that provided the service and what function the government fulfilled, as well as how is the current health situation analyzing the main problematic paperwork and excessive paperwork that by means of a proposal with the help of exponential technologies it is sought to reduce this problem. I will mention how to visualize the future that, although promising is still very far, will finally show in context as an official through an application that would contain all the patient's information and facilitate access to people's health.
