| dc.description.abstract | La oficina de Planeación Municipal y la alcaldía de Duitama, busca que para el año 2019 realizar la implementación de la nueva Metodología IV SISBEN, que desde el año 2017 se viene implementado en todo el país, y así obtener una información más precisa y veraz sobre las condiciones socioeconómicas en que se encuentra la población, que en la actualidad se encuentra inscrita en el SISBEN y que mediante este accede a los diferentes programas sociales ofrecidos por el gobierno nacional. Dicha actualización se realizará mediante visitas domiciliarias a las viviendas de las personas que actualmente están inscritas en la base de datos municipal del Sisben III, con el fin de realizar el diligenciamiento de la nueva ficha de caracterización socioeconómica que tiene la Metodología IV del Sisben. Por lo anterior y de acuerdo al tiempo de aplicación que se dispone para la implementación de la nueva metodología Sisben, se hace necesario hacer una planeación y diseño previo al inicio de las actividades administrativas y operativas que conforman la actualización de la base de datos. | spa |
