Abstract
El documento fue realizado por medio de una revisión documentada, que muestra cual es el papel que tiene el líder transformacional en las organizaciones y como lo asocia con la efectividad, funcionamiento y resultados. Evidenciando la importancia de satisfacer a las necesidades e inconformidades de los miembros del grupo de trabajo para actuar sobre las causas y convertirlas en motivación, por medio de las emociones, generando un espacio de desarrollo de nuevas estrategias de transformación, para movilizar a los miembros del grupo de trabajo hacia la innovación, estimulación y creatividad de nuevas ideas que contribuyan a la adopción del cambio y a acelerar los procesos para la obtención de resultados y lograr la satisfacción laboral.
The document was carried out through a documentary review, which shows the role of the transformational leader in the organizations and how we associate it with growth performances and results. Showing the importance of meeting the needs and disagreements of the members off the working group to acto n the causes and turn them into motivaton, in the midst of emotions, generating a space for the development of new strategies transformation, for the movement to the members of the working group towards the innovation, simulation and creativity of the new ideas that contribute to the adoption of the change, to accelerate the processes to obtain o results and to achieve the job satisfaction.
