Resumen
En el presente artículo se realiza una investigación que se basa en las Startup, que son empresas que comienzan ofreciendo productos y servicios innovadores con un riesgo alto de saber si sea acogida por los consumidores, la estructura de este tipo de empresas, son distintas a la estructura de una empresa tradicional, por lo tanto se buscan cuáles son las metodologías más efectivas para implementarlas al emprender este tipo de negocios. Para garantizar que la investigación sea útil, los artículos analizados son encontrados en distintas bases de datos, artículos de revistas indexadas y libros de algunos autores que han sido los inventores y pioneros de esta grandes metodología estudiadas a lo largo del artículo. Cada herramienta de estas metodologías han sido escogidas, por el aporte que tuvieron para grandes empresas actualmente establecidas, y que fueron garantizadas por varios emprendedores e inversores de Silicon Valley. En la última parte de los resultados se explican dos casos de estudio donde se evidencia los errores que tuvo una Startup que fracasó, y cuáles fueron los aciertos que ha tenido una Startup que actualmente es exitosa. Este artículo se realiza con el propósito de analizar el enfoque y los datos necesarios que debe tener una Startup, que permita saber si el modelo de negocio es viable y así, disminuir el riesgo de que la Startup fracase.
In the present article a research is carried out that is based on Startup, which are companies that start offering innovative products and services with a high risk of knowing if it is received by consumers, the structure of this type of companies, are different from the structure of a traditional company, therefore we are looking for which are the most effective methodologies to implement when undertaking this type of business. To ensure that the research is useful, the articles analyzed are found in different databases, articles from indexed journals and books by some authors who have been the inventors and pioneers of this great methodology studied throughout the article. Each tool of these methodologies have been chosen, for the contribution they had for large companies currently established, and which were guaranteed by several Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and investors. In the last part of the results, two case studies are explained where the errors that a Startup had that failed, and which were the successes of a Startup that is currently successful. This article is made with the purpose of analyzing the approach and the necessary data that a Startup should have, that allows to know if the business model is viable and thus, reduce the risk of the Startup failure.
