There is a debate that several authors present about the real meaning that people and companies give to social responsibility in practice, the various definitions attributed to CSR and its importance in modern business management and future managers. The proposal is to encourage a business culture that relies on social responsibility to influence the human capital of the organization to act in favor of organizational and social objectives in an integral manner, structuring values and principles that must be propagated throughout the company, encouraging commitment to the organization and increasing work performance as a result of acting socially responsible. Finally, case studies are studied with companies that are an example of the positive impact on society provided by their social responsibility programs and projects, such as IKEA, PwC Colombia, Marc Jacobs Int., and others, which work on different fronts and social issues to respond to the needs that arise and reduce the negative impact of corporate activities in society.eng
