Abstract
En la actualidad existen tendencias marcadas por, los grandes cambios económicos, desarrollo de nuevas tecnologías y los nuevos hábitos generaciones. Esto conlleva a la creación de nuevos emprendimientos impulsando la económica de un país o región. Sin embargo se estima que solo en Colombia de cada diez emprendimientos iniciados cuatro logran sostenerse al cabo de cinco años. Gran responsabilidad recae en el entorno y en los emprendedores, que están condicionados a pensar y actuar según su formación, experiencias e influencias adquiridas dentro de su entorno a lo largo de su vida. Para ello se analizan los factores más influyentes del emprendedor y su entorno sociocultural para determinar cuales son de mayor importancia para alcanzar la sostenibilidad del emprendimiento. La metodología para este análisis se basó en la revisión literaria de diferentes autores que han aportado investigaciones previas. La conclusión del trabajo muestra que el desarrollo de un emprendimiento sostenible requiere que el emprendedor forme un perfil con ciertas habilidades y comportamientos, que identifique y reconozca los factores sociales y culturales de impacto que involucra su emprendimiento, adicional se define que la sostenibilidad integra gestión de factores sociales, humanos y ambientales desarrollando procesos de responsabilidad dentro de su grupos de interés en aspectos sociales y ambientales manteniendo la rentabilidad financiera. Finalmente se evidencia que existe relación directa de algunos de estos factores que ayudan formar empresas sostenibles que aporten valor a las sociedad y beneficio al emprendedor.
Currently there are trends marked by, the great economic changes, development of new technologies and new generations habits. This leads to the creation of new ventures promoting the economic of a country or region. However, it is estimated that only in Colombia out of ten start-ups, four are able to sustain themselves for five years. Great responsibility rests with the environment and the entrepreneurs, who are conditioned to think and act according to their training, experiences and influences acquired within their environment throughout their lives. For this, the most influential factors of the entrepreneur and their sociocultural environment are analyzed to determine which of more importance to achieve the sustainability of the enterprise. The conclusion of the work shows that the development of a sustainable enterprise requires that the entrepreneur forms a profile with certain skills and behaviors, that identifies and recognizes the social and cultural factors of impact involved in his or her undertaking, additionally defines that sustainability integrates management of social, human and environmental factors developing responsibility processes within its interest groups social and environmental aspects maintaining profitability. Finally, it is evident that there is a direct relationship between some of these factors that help form sustainable companies that contribute value to society and benefit the entrepreneur.
