Abstract
En la actualidad el avance tecnológico nos lleva a re-inventarnos y actualizarnos constantemente esto también ocurre en las organizaciones quienes deben establecer estrategias de modernización en sus procesos tanto administrativos como operativos con el fin de mantenerse activas en el mercado. Las organizaciones que reconocen la importancia e implementan en sus procesos las TICs cuentan con un elemento diferenciador que las posiciona por encima de aquellas que no han contemplado su uso.
At present, technological progress leads us to re-invent and constantly update this also occurs in organizations who must establish modernization strategies in their administrative and operational processes in order to remain active in the market. Organizations that recognize the importance and implement in their processes the Information and Communication Technologies have a differentiating element that positions them above those that have not contemplated their use.
