The technical service that is currently provided to coffee dispensing machines that is installed in commercial establishments, presents opportunities for improvement in the quality of the sales information obtained at the points of consumption, improving the response times of corrective services, quality of the machines that are delivered at the points and standardization in the general process that allows to provide a quality service to its customers and consumers. To address this problem, we will work under the Lean Office method that provides systematic tools for the identification and elimination of waste in the processes. This will work with an E2E project (start to finish) where a mapping of the entire value chain involved in the technical service will be carried out. After identifying the waste in the processes, the actions that will be treated are generated through improvement plans to correct the issues mentioned in the service problem. These actions or projects will be monitored through indicators that show the progress and their effectiveness within the E2E project to improve the current technical service allowing the necessary changes to be made. It is concluded by showing this article as a guide to address different service issues under the Lean Office methodology.
