Resumen
La importancia de la relación entre organización y empleados ha cobrado gran importancia en los últimos tiempos, por esta razón las organizaciones se han dado a la tarea de reconocer todas aquellas tácticas y prácticas que puedan atraer y retener al capital humano dentro del mercado laboral. El desarrollo de la Marca de Empleador permite detectar aquellos aspectos que generan una mejor perspectiva, imagen y una buena reputación por parte de sus empleados y de todo capital humano interesado en la propuesta de valor que ofrece la organización. Esta investigación se realizó a través de un análisis de literatura científica y gris las cuales fueron encontradas a través de Google Académico. Los resultados de esta investigación arrojaron que factores tales como la buena imagen de la organización, los beneficios de capacitación, desarrollo profesional, igualdad y diversidad y buena remuneración por sus labores son esenciales para la atracción y retención del talento humano. Se llegó a la conclusión que la motivación por parte de la organización hacia sus empleados, a partir de estos distintos beneficios puede ayudar a crear una buena imagen o Employer Branding que beneficie a la organización y su capital humano.
The importance of the relationship between organization and employees has gained great importance in recent times, for this reason organizations have been given the task of recognizing all those tactics and practices that can attract and retain human capital within the labor market. The development of the Employer Brand allows to detect those aspects that generate a better perspective, image and a good reputation on the part of its employees and all human capital interested in the value proposition offered by the organization. This research was conducted through an analysis of scientific and gray literature which were found through Google Scholar. The results of this research showed that factors such as the good image of the organization, the benefits of training, professional development, equality and diversity and good remuneration for their work are essential for the attraction and retention of human talent. It was concluded that the motivation on the part of the organization towards its employees, from these different benefits can help to create a good image or Employer Branding that benefits the organization and its human capital.
