Abstract
A partir de tres ejes que estructuran el desarrollo del presente documento, se pretende que el lector pueda ver evidenciada mi postura vinculada al ensayo con una argumentación sólida y clara de la misma, teniendo en cuenta que las humanidades representan el pilar fundamental aquí. De acuerdo con González Casanova (2001): ¿Cuál es la universidad necesaria? Y explica, no la que queremos en lo singular, sino la que se necesita en lo plural; la que proporciona soluciones armónicas ente las partes e impulsa el desarrollo de la "verdadera democracia, ciencia, tecnología y humanismo", a decir del propio autor, es posible entonces evidenciar que la universidad es un constructo colectivo, un diálogo de saberes conjuntos.
Es por lo anterior, que en el presente documento a partir de una revisión de autores y análisis de postulados, será posible evidenciar que el docente con formación humanista tiene mayores posibilidades de generar pensamiento crítico y reflexivo en sus estudiantes, aspecto fundamental desde la formación en humanidades, ya que permite ir más allá de la posesión del conocimiento específico, pues posibilita un intercambio de saberes consciente y continuo en el que, tanto docente como estudiante se ven altamente involucrados.
From three axes that structure the development of this document, it is intended that the reader can see my position linked to the essay evidenced with a solid and clear argumentation, taking into account that the humanities represent the fundamental pillar here. According to González Casanova (2001): What is the necessary university? And he explains, not the one we want in the singular, but the one that is needed in the plural; which provides harmonious solutions between the parties and promotes the development of "true democracy, science, technology and humanism", according to the author himself, it is then possible to show that the university is a collective construct, a dialogue of joint knowledge.
It is for the above, that in this document from a review of authors and analysis of postulates, it will be possible to demonstrate that the teacher with humanistic training has greater possibilities of generating critical and reflective thinking in his students, fundamental aspect from the training in humanities, since it allows us to go beyond the possession of specific knowledge, because it enables a conscious and continuous exchange of knowledge in which both teachers and students are highly involved
