Resumen
El ser humano se ha visto impulsado a actuar de una manera específica dependiendo de sus necesidades y deseos, los cuales determinan la manera en la que actúan; a esto se le conoce como motivación y es el propulsor principal para que cada ser cumpla de forma eficiente sus metas y objetivos. La motivación laboral a lo largo de la historia ha dado origen a una serie de teorías que buscan definir los factores motivacionales de mayor influencia para diferentes grupos sociales o individuos en general; estas teorías deben ser estudiadas y analizadas, especialmente por las organizaciones, para lograr generar la correcta motivación que necesita cada individuo para cumplir de forma eficiente y exitosa, los proyectos y metas planteadas. En este documento se presenta un análisis sobre la motivación laboral y su influencia para cada colaborador en cuanto al logro de objetivos organizacional, esto luego de revisar el material bibliográfico sobre la motivación y las teorías motivacionales existentes, depurando este material y seleccionando los 20 documentos más relevantes para la investigación. Se entrega como resultado final información relevante sobre el incremento de resultados positivos dentro de las organizaciones en cuanto a cumplimento de metas y objetivos por parte de individuos motivados y satisfechos, así como la firme sugerencia de desarrollar nuevas líneas de investigaciones sobre las teorías motivacionales en la actualidad y cómo estas influyen continuamente en cada individuo para generar resultados positivos o negativos dentro de las organización y que les permita a estas mantenerse en el mercado actual.
The human being, since its inception, has been driven to act in a specific way depending on their needs and desires, which determine the way in which they act, this is known as motivation and is the main reason for each human being to efficiently achieve their goals and objectives. Work motivation throughout history has given rise to a series of theories that seek to define the most influential motivational factors for different social groups or individuals in general; These theories must be studied and analyzed, especially by organizations, in order to generate the correct motivation that each individual needs to efficiently and successfully fulfill the projects and goals set. This document presents an analysis of work motivation and its influence for each collaborator regarding the achievement of organizational objectives, after reviewing the bibliographic material on motivation and existing motivational theories, refining this material and selecting the 20 most relevant documents for the research. As a final result, relevant information is provided on the increase in positive results within organizations regarding the fulfillment of goals and objectives by motivated and satisfied individuals, as well as the suggestion to develop new lines of research on motivational theories today. and how they continuously influence each individual to generate positive or negative results within the organization and to allow them to stay in the current market.
