Abstract
El Hostal Zipa Mediterráneo es un establecimiento de hospedaje ubicado en el municipio de Zipaquirá (Cundinamarca), que busca suministra un servicio eficiente y de la mejor calidad con un plus de experiencia Mediterránea. Colombia se caracteriza por ser un países turísticos, por diferentes razones como sus hermosos paisajes y su rica gastronomía, esto hace que la industria hotelera sea una de las industrias lideres en el país, atrayendo turistas nacionales e internacionales. Pero también por esta misma razón esta industria es muy competitiva y por lo tanto el hostal debe marcar la diferencia en cuanto servicio, calidad y costo, siendo así que se caracterizara por tener el mejor servicio a un costo considerable y asequible para las distintas personas que quieran pasar unos días de vacaciones, conocer el municipio, hacer recorridos deportivos, pero también descansar. El objetivo de este ensayo será visualizar las herramientas necesarias para obtener una excelente organización empresarial (organigrama), dado que cuando existe una buena organización, es mas fácil llevar al éxito en este caso El Hostal Zipa Mediterráneo. En el presente ensayo se encontrara información relevante desde la historia turística hasta los requisitos mínimos que debe tener un Hostal, basándonos en la Norma Técnica Sectorial NTSH 013, de igual manera revisar uno de los requisitos mas importantes de la organización de un negocio el organigrama, funciones y responsabilidades establecidas para los integrantes del Hostal ya que al ser ellos las personas que están en contacto diario con los huéspedes son la parte esencial del funcionamiento de este. En conclusión la mejor manera de tener éxito en cualquier empresa, es tener desde el inicio una buena organización estrategia ya que si se cuenta con una será mas fácil entender el rol de cada intégrate de la empresa, sus obligaciones y actividades en general para así el gerente general tener control del personal, teniendo en cuenta que para este caso se habla de un Hostal por lo que la característica mas importante es el buen servicio de los empleados hacia los huéspedes.
The Hostal Zipa Mediterráneo is an accommodation establishment located in the municipality of Zipaquirá (Cundinamarca), which seeks to provide an efficient and top-quality service with a plus of Mediterranean experience. Colombia is characterized by being a tourist country, for different reasons such as its beautiful landscapes and its rich gastronomy, this makes the hotel industry one of the boss industries in the country, attracting national and international tourists. But also for this same reason this industry is very competitive and therefore the hostel must make a difference in terms of service, quality and cost, being thus characterized by having the best service at a considerable and affordable cost for the different people who They want to spend a few days on vacation, get to know the municipality, take sports tours, but also rest. The objective of this work will be to visualize the necessary tools to obtain an excellent business organization (organization chart), given that when there is a good organization, it is easier to carry out success in this case El Hostal Zipa Mediterráneo. In this essay, you will find relevant information from the tourist history to the minimum requirements that a hostel must have, based on the Sectoral Technical Standard NTSH 013, likewise verified important requirements of the organization of a business, the organization chart, functions and services established for the members of the Hostel since, as they are the people who are in daily contact with the guests, they are the essential part of its operation. In conclusion, the best way to be successful in any company, is to have a good organization strategy from the beginning, since you have one, it will be easier to understand the role of each integrated company, its obligations and activities in general for the general manager Having control of the staff, taking into account that in this case we are talking about a hostel, so the most important characteristic is the good service of the employees towards the guests.
