dc.description.abstract | Se valida la explicacion de tipos y estrategias para identificar el trabajo en equipo, que se requiere en los hospitales, para garantizar la seguridad de los pacientes, en el presente documento se encuentran descritas habilidades tales como lo son el Ser, Hacer y Saber, para realizar una coordinación mutua en pro de la seguridad de aquellos que lo requieran, tras obtener informacion y verificar en las fuentes de informacion de diferentes bases de datos. Investigando un poco mas de 25 artículos que cumplieran con los reglas instauradas para este ensayo de opinion, y en consencuencia a estos resultados de distintas pruebas y estudios identificados a nivel mundial en centros de salud para garantizar un perfecto orden para trabajar en equipo, se resaltan fallos y tacticas para promover el trabajo en equipo, respaldando la estabilidad y proteccion de un paciente, acordando que soportes en infraestructura, mecanismos y herramientas pueden acompañar el conocimiento del profesional para el desarrollo de habilidades blandas en compañía de quien lo lidera y asi el resultado del proceso para el cumplimiento de los objetivos fomentara un ambiente óptimo para los integrantes del equipo y el paciente, reflejando asi el lucimiento del trabajo en equipo. | spa |
