dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se realizó de manera personal una reflexión de la práctica de la teoría de la gerencia del talento humano en el Cadena de hoteles “A” internacional. Se exponen conceptos claves tales como gestión del talento humano, el servicio al cliente; y en la práctica se describe la configuración actual de la hotelería: servicios y calidad; y las área de servicio con énfasis en las políticas de la División de talento humano; para esto se empleo como fuente de información la experiencia de cinco años, algunas teorías y también las practicas evidenciadas en una Cadena de hoteles.spa
