Abstract
El siguiente trabajo nació partiendo de la idea de querer conocer que es el
Sistema de Administración de Riesgo Operativo SARO y como está compuesto.
Ya que siempre fue de gran interés el saber cómo asumían los riesgos las
entidades y como los contrarrestaban.
En esta oportunidad se estudiaron a fondo los elementos que componen el
Sistema de Administración de Riesgo Operativo SARO Ya que son aquellos que
no solamente son la columna vertebral del sistema sino que también dictan los
lineamientos que se deben seguir para darle un sentido a la evaluación del
sistema
Estudiando lo dicho anteriormente también surgió la inquietud de saber si
existía la forma de determinar si el sistema implementado en cada entidad estaba
acorde a lo que exigía la ley y por esta razón nació la idea de estudiar las Normas
Internacionales de Auditoria NIAS las cuales al revisarlas cada una se concluyó
que una evaluación no podría ser efectiva si no se contaba con el conocimiento de
tener como guía una Norma Internacional de Auditoria NIA en especifico
The following work was born from the idea of wanting to know what the
SARO Operational Risk Management System and how it is composed.
Since it was always of great interest to know how the companies assumed the risks
entities and how they counteract them.
On this occasion, the elements that make up the
SARO Operational Risk Management System Since they are those that
are not only the backbone of the system but also dictate the
guidelines to be followed to make sense of the evaluation of the
system
