Within this commercial sector, situations could arise where it is possible to characterize some typologies that incur bad practices, damaging other companies, and the good name of all the companies in the sector. In the development of the essay, the context of the private security companies in Colombia, the regulations, and the incidence of these laws are defined so that there is or is not corruption in this commercial sector.
