dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de investigación identifica marcos de trabajo, técnicas, herramientas y buenas prácticas para la gestión ágil de proyectos, toma los mejores aspectos de los doce marcos más usados en la industria tecnológica y los usa para estructurar y proponer un marco de trabajo ágil para modelos de negocio innovadores basados en tecnología, el cual, brinda una solución alternativa a uno de los problemas que se presenta en las grandes organizaciones que ejecutan proyectos donde se ve involucrado el desarrollo de algún tipo de producto y/o servicio con base tecnológica, problema originado por el crecimiento extremadamente rápido de la demanda de los tipos de productos y/o servicios mencionados y cuyo crecimiento es ocasionado por la aceleración tecnológica y los nuevos desafíos que trae la cuarta revolución industrial, lo que ha generado, que las organizaciones busquen apresuradamente alternativas metodológicas que les permitan desarrollar ese tipo de productos y/o servicios de forma acelerada, para poder responder a la velocidad que exige el mercado y la presión de los clientes.spa
