Abstract
En la siguiente investigación, se determinaron las medidas y garantías de no repetición, que se han impuesto al Ejército Nacional de Colombia, por parte de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, e igualmente se han identificado las acciones implementadas por parte de esta Fuerza Armada, para cumplir con esas garantías impuestas y así evitar futuras acciones que se puedan constituir en violaciones a los derechos de la víctimas del conflicto armado colombiano, lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que las garantías de no repetición son elemento esencial en la justicia transicional. La investigación fue con un enfoque analítico, tratando de mirar el problema de las víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia, las causas de este conflicto y sus consecuencias o efectos, así de esta manera, analizar las medidas jurídicas y administrativas que debe implementar el Ejército Nacional para garantizar la no repetición de hechos violentos en Colombia.
The investigation identified the measures and guarantees of non-repetition that have been inposed on the National Army by the Inter-American Court of Human rights and has also identified the actions implemented by this Armed Force to comply with these measures imposed and thus prevent future actions that can be built on violations of the rights of victims of the Colombian armed conlict this considering that non-repetition guarantees are essential elements in transitional justice.The investigation was with an analytic approach, trying to look at the problem of the victims of the armed conflict in Colombia, the causes of this conflicto and its consequences or effects, in order to analyze the legal and administrative measures that should implement the national army to ensure the non-repetition of victimizing facts in Colombia.
