Este es ensayo representa como las buenas prácticas favorecen un proyecto en el marco de la pandemia, el proyecto se considera privado del sector bancario y trata de la migración a una nueva herramienta tecnológica, el proyecto tiene una duración de 2 años iniciando en febrero del 2019, finalizando en febrero del 2021, cuyo objetivo es migrar a más de 300 clientes con éxito dando seguimientos, soporte, entrenamientos al nuevo uso y funcionamiento de sus tarjetas corporativas desde la herramienta nueva. Desde la llegada del Covid 19 a Latinoamérica y el caribe, el marco laboral se ha modificado casi que en su totalidad con las modalidades de trabajo actuales, si bien ya algunas empresas manejaban un home office y una digitalización optima no todas están equipadas para lograrlo, hay que agregar que con la cuarentena obligatoria en todo el mundo, los factores que afectan el home office no es solo el virus, se debe considerar factores de la nueva normalidad como estudio y trabajo en casa, convivencia familiar durante todo el día incluyendo jornadas laborales, entre otros. Con exactitud el proyecto de migración a una nueva plataforma bancaria se ve afectado por diversos factores que llevaron a adquirir nuevas y buenas prácticas gracias al Covid de esta forma garantizando la mejora continua del proyecto.
This essay represents how good practices favor a project in the framework of the pandemic, the project is considered private to the banking sector and deals with migration to a new technological tool, the project has a duration of 2 years starting in February 2019, ending in February 2021, whose objective is to successfully migrate more than 300 clients by providing follow-up, support, training in the new use and operation of their corporate cards from the new tool. Since the arrival of Covid 19 in Latin America and the Caribbean, the labor framework has been modified almost entirely with the current work modalities, although some companies already managed a home office and optimal digitization not all are equipped to achieve it, It must be added that with the mandatory quarantine throughout the world, the factors that affect the home office is not only the virus, it must be considered factors of the new normal such as studying and working at home, family living throughout the day including working hours , among others. Exactly the migration project to a new banking platform is affected by various factors that led to the acquisition of new and good practices thanks to Covid, thus guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the project.
