Resumen
El objetivo del presente trabajo es dar a conocer los impactos geoeconómicos actuales de la nueva Ruta de la Seda con base en postulados conceptuales y teóricos de la disciplina de las Relaciones Internacionales, desde una aproximación comparada del proyecto del primer siglo a. C, en la consolidación de China como potencia regional en Asia Central. Para lograr tal fin, en primer lugar, se propone analizar conceptos y teorías que den explicación al impacto geoeconómico de la nueva Ruta de la Seda china. En segundo lugar, se propone describir el proyecto de la Ruta de la Seda china del primer siglo a. C. y el proyecto actual. En tercer lugar, se propone explicar las oportunidades e impactos geoeconómicos y geoestratégicos de la nueva Ruta de la Seda. Por último, se pretende identificar las oportunidades que brinda China con esta iniciativa, especialmente en la región de Asia Central, en su propósito de alzarse como potencia en la región, y, por ende, analizar su impacto en la geoeconomía regional.
The objective of this work is to present the current geoeconomic impacts of the new Silk Road based on conceptual and theoretical postulates of the discipline of International Relations, from a comparative approach to the project of the first century BC. C, in the consolidation of China as a regional power in Central Asia. To achieve this end, in the first place, it is proposed to analyze concepts and theories that explain the geo-economic impact of the new Chinese Silk Road. Second, it is proposed to describe the project of the Chinese Silk Road of the first century BC. C. and the current project. Third, it is proposed to explain the geoeconomic and geostrategic opportunities and impacts of the new Silk Road. Finally, it is intended to identify opportunities that China offers with this initiative, especially in the Central Asian region, in its purpose to rise as a power in the region, and, therefore, analyze its impact on the regional geoeconomy.
