Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación le apuesta a la comprensión de experiencias de egresados y actores educativos que sobre el propósito del micro-currículo del Curso de Estado Mayor permiten contrastar criterios de integración para el posacuerdo con fundamento en sólidos conocimientos humanitarios y desde donde se fomente la cultura de la paz. Exigencia imperiosa en la sociedad colombiana y una urgencia a la luz de la firma de los acuerdos de paz, en aras de sostener un clima de convivencia pacífico dentro de una sociedad políticamente organizada en el contexto del conflicto armado interno. Dando de esta forma una mirada al establecimiento de lineamientos curriculares adecuados al propósito del actual ambiente estratégico dentro del contexto sociopolítico que vive el país, que además respondan al criterio de integración. Precisamente, el conocimiento humanitario contribuye en la proyección de los miembros de las Fuerzas Militares tanto en el desempeño de su misión constitucional como en su impacto en los contextos particulares donde desarrollan el ejercicio del mando, cerrando brechas a los sesgos que en los procesos del posacuerdo y la dinámica de las operaciones militares se pudieren presentar.
Los contenidos del micro-currículo ofrecen desde su comprensión la posibilidad de fortalecerlo, haciendo aportes a la dimensión de formación humana, concordante con los procesos sociales y la realidad del posacuerdo. Por ende, para llevar a la comprobación lo plateado fue necesario realizar la interpretación al micro-currículo que en la Escuela Superior de Guerra sienta las bases para el desarrollo de las competencias requeridas en la formación de oficiales de Estado Mayor, lo cual permitió analizar la forma como la institución castrense realiza el diseño de sus propuestas curriculares. El resultado de este análisis también nos brinda las pautas requeridas para desarrollar criterios que brinden la literatura sobre la integración curricular en los procesos educativos.
This research is committed to understanding the experiences of graduates and educational actors that on the purpose of the micro-curriculum of the General Staff Course allow to contrast integration criteria for the post-agreement based on solid humanitarian knowledge and from where it is promoted the culture of the peace. An imperative in Colombian society and an urgency in light of the signing of the peace accords, in order to maintain a climate of peaceful coexistence within a politically organized society in the context of the internal armed conflict. Giving in this way a look at the establishment of curricular guidelines appropriate to the purpose of the current strategic environment within the socio-political context that the country lives, which also responds to the integration criterion. Precisely, humanitarian knowledge contributes to the projection of the members of the Military Forces both in the performance of their constitutional mission and in their impact in the particular contexts where they carry out the exercise of command, closing gaps to the biases that in the post-agreement processes and the dynamics of military operations may be presented.
The contents of the micro-curriculum offer from its understanding the possibility of strengthening it, making contributions to the dimension of human formation, consistent with the social processes and the reality of the post-agreement. Therefore, to carry out the verification of the silver, it was necessary to interpret the micro-curriculum that in the Higher School of War lays the foundations for the development of the skills required in the training of General Staff officers, which allowed analyzing the how the military institution designs its curricular proposals. The result of this analysis also provides us with the guidelines required to develop criteria that provide the literature on curricular integration in educational processes.
