The selected topic for this analysis aims to make conspicuous for the reader some of the most relevant aspects associated with the bases, context, dynamics, tools, recommendations, and prospects, among others, of managerial behavior in business learning environments, with the purpose of identifying the most relevant actions with a view to increasing the interest of students in deeply technical subjects and maintaining a constant motivation in the product to be marketed. Hence the importance of recognizing the role of the "learning manager" as a key player in identifying the training needs of his clients and the challenges he must face in order to satisfy them; as well as the strengths and weaknesses of their own resources, among the most important, the instructors. This is to focus all efforts to allow favorable, efficient and effective training environments in order that their marketing channels identify the product, know its characteristics and convince themselves of its benefits, to be themselves the first satisfied customer within this commercial chain and that in this way, these channels manage to increase the trust of the product or service and influence their own customers to recognize its value.
