The investigative analysis on the relation between territory and childhood was focused on the recognition of the social, cultural and familial context of these Ciudad de Villavicencio public school students. As a consequence, with the support of various instructional tools, the perceptions and appropriation that children have based on their territory were recognized, keeping in mind their culture and familiar environment. This study was centered on territory and childhood, with the goal of analyzing and identifying children's, parents', and teachers' perceptions of their surroundings through the use of virtual activities to see how much they know about their territory.
These tasks were created to determine and comprehend how much these people know about their region, a place that must be defined in light of its unique traits. As a result, this study aims to present and analyze the data gathered through the use of a semi-structured interview with teachers, a parent focus group, and a workshop divided into three different activities for children, all of which assisted us in better understanding the relationship between perception and territory appropriation in terms of culture, family, and pedagogical approach.
Finally, it is important to note that this is an argumentative practice with descriptive goals based on phenomenological research in order to develop academic material that examines the relationship between territory, culture, family, and school using a case study (1978) that encourages the understanding of social characteristics guided by experience gained through tacit knowledge, allowing the association of new concepts and ideas. Finally, it is feasible to comprehend the notion that these people perceive in relation to their territory thanks to the deployment and integration of these study methodologies.
