Women have had a relegated role throughout the history of all kinds of internal conflicts, since the life they lead during these is determined by the actions carried out by men in confrontations, which is why internal conflicts have seen a progressive advance in the recognition of women as a relevant actor. This is done to make visible the female victims of the war with illegal armed groups in Colombia. From there, an analysis can be generated that corresponds to an approach to the reality of Colombian women, thus corresponding to the validation of the different characteristics that arise at the international level in terms of respect for human rights in conflicts by all the actors involved in this, in the Colombian case. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) proposed by the United Nations (UN) provide us with a scheme to follow to carry out initiatives to reduce inequalities with women. Therefore, from a gender perspective, international examples should be taken into account and that will give a greater vision of the examples to be followed in the previous peace processes, because the experience and tools were provided to carry out the inclusion of women in the process of negotiating the peace agreement between the Colombian government and the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC), without neglecting the interest of countries that seek to support the end of the conflict along with the non-repetition and assurance of human rights post-conflict. Therefore, alternatives could be provided for a possible successful post-conflict after taking stock from the signing of the peace agreement, considering the role of private and public actors in the commitment they must have to give the corresponding security to the women victims of all kinds of violence since the beginning of the conflict, during and today.
