Abstract
En el presente artículo se examinó el alcance jurídico que rige la función pública de los oficiales activos del Ejército Nacional, en el marco de las garantías laborales frente a situaciones de pérdida de la capacidad psicofísica y disminución del óptimo laboral a partir del enfoque de los derechos humanos cuyas reflexiones contemporáneas gravitan en las aristas que el Estado social de derecho identifica como rectoras del reconocimiento al ejercicio de los uniformados en bien de la defensa de la seguridad y la preservación de la soberanía para hacerlas converger en el amparo integral de su seguridad social.
This article described the legal impact that governs the public function of the active officers of the National Army, within the framework of labor guarantees against situations of loss of psychophysical capacity and reduction of the labor optimum. This work since of human rights whose contemporary reflections gravitate on the edges that the social state of law that identifies as rectors of the recognition exercise of the uniformed for the sake of the defense of security and the preservation of the sovereignty to make them converge in the integral protection of their social security.
