Abstract
El presente documento muestra si el proceso de contratación docente hora cátedra de las Instituciones de Educación Superior del Ejército Nacional, está acorde a los parámetros establecidos por la Corte Constitucional, para llegar a esto se identificaron las funciones realizadas en relación con el pronunciamiento de la Corte Constitucional lo correspondiente a la contratación docente hora cátedra en las Instituciones de Educación Superior del Ejército Nacional. Así mismo se caracterizaron las fortalezas y debilidades de la contratación docente en las Instituciones de Educación Superior del Ejército Nacional y finalmente se identificaron los derechos presuntamente transgredidos por la forma de contratación docente en las Instituciones de Educación Superior del Ejército Nacional. Para este fin se utilizó la investigación aplicada es aquella que busca generar conocimiento con la aplicación directa en los problemas de la sociedad, se utilizó el método deductivo es el que va desde lo general a lo particular, se uso la técnica del Estudio de Caso, por medio del análisis documental, pues se realizó un rastreo bibliográfico del tema y se realizó una revisión al respecto. Se concluyó que el proceso de contratación docente hora cátedra en las Instituciones de Educación Superior del Ejército Nacional no se encuentra acorde a los parámetros establecidos por la Corte Constitucional pues ésta mediante Sentencia C-006 de 1996 ha dispuesto que los docentes de cátedra se deben reconocer cómo se reconoce a los docentes de carrera
This document shows whether the process of hiring teacher hours of the National Army Higher Education Institutions is in accordance with the parameters established by the Constitutional Court, in order to achieve this, the functions performed in relation to the ruling of the Court were identified. Constitutional that corresponds to the hiring of teaching hours in the Higher Education Institutions of the National Army. Likewise, the strengths and weaknesses of teacher recruitment were characterized in the Institutions of Higher Education of the National Army and finally the rights allegedly violated by the form of teacher recruitment in the Institutions of Higher Education of the National Army were identified. For this purpose, applied research was used, it is that which seeks to generate knowledge with direct application in the problems of society, the deductive method was used, it is the one that goes from the general to the particular, the technique of the Case Study was used, by means of documentary analysis, since a bibliographic search of the subject was carried out and a review was carried out on the matter. It was concluded that the process of hiring professor hour chair in the Institutions of Higher Education of the National Army is not in accordance with the parameters established by the Constitutional Court, since it by means of Sentence C-006 of 1996 has established that the professors must be recognized how career teachers are recognized
