Abstract
Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar cuál es el nivel de participación del Ejército Nacional en los procesos de gestión y conservación del medio ambiente en Colombia, respecto a su protección y defensa establecido en la Ley 99 de 1993. Para ello se abordaron como objetivos los fundamentos teórico-conceptuales sobre el derecho al medio ambiente y sus fundamentos normativos, el papel desempeñado por el Ejército Nacional y las líneas operativas que se pueden aplicar para mejorar su nivel de participación. Con estos fines se pretendió dar respuesta a la pregunta de investigación ¿Cuál es el nivel de participación del Ejército Nacional en los procesos de gestión y conservación del medio ambiente en Colombia, respecto a su protección y defensa establecido en la Ley 99 de 1993?
The objective of this research is to determine what is the level of participation of the National Army in the processes of management and conservation of the environment in Colombia, with respect to its protection and defense established in Law 99 of 1993. For this purpose, the fundamentals were addressed theoretical-conceptual on the right to the environment and its normative foundations, the role played by the National Army and the operational lines that can be applied to improve their level of participation. For these purposes, it was intended to answer the research question: What is the level of participation of the National Army in the processes of management and conservation of the environment in Colombia, with respect to its protection and defense established in Law 99 of 1993?
