Abstract
La importancia e impactos que tienen el clima y la cultura organizacional con los individuos. Es importante en un principio destacar como existen varias condiciones que han tomado cada vez mas relevancia dentro del funcionamiento y éxito que tienen las organizaciones, estos conceptos se convierten en los últimos años un factor diferencial para el éxito empresarial y el posicionamiento de estas mismas, por esta razón se toma con mayor peso el concepto de cultura y clima organizacional como factores causantes en la mejora de muchos aspectos tanto internos como externos que pueden tener las organizaciones y como estas construyen toda una identidad encaminada a los objetivos empresariales
