Abstract
Este trabajo consiste en la investigación de los beneficios tanto ambientales como económicos que se presentan en el edificio Kubik Virrey I y II en la ciudad de Bogotá al ser el primero con certificación de sostenibilidad Leed Gold.
This work consists of the investigation of the environmental and economic benefits of the Kubik Virrey I and II building in the city of Bogota as the first building with Leed Gold sustainability certification.
