Abstract
El presente artículo tiene como finalidad brindar un concepto y análisis sobre las
limitaciones jurídicas, políticas y sociales de la búsqueda del derecho a la verdad en el marco legal y
jurisprudencial creado dentro del Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparación y no Repetición,
como consecuencia de la implementación del acuerdo final para la terminación del conflicto y la
construcción de una paz estable y duradera, suscrito entre el Gobierno Nacional y el antiguo grupo
armado organizado FARC; dentro de un contexto de polarización actual en Colombia a raíz de su
implementación, teniendo en consideración sus implicaciones tanto para las víctimas como para los
comparecientes que no acepten responsabilidad.
The purpose of this article is to provide a concept and analysis on the legal, political and
social limitations of the search for the right to the truth in the legal and jurisprudential framework
created within the Comprehensive System of truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition, as a
consequence of the implementation of the final agreement for the end of the conflict and the
construction of a stable and lasting peace, signed between the National Government and the former
organized armed group FARC; within a context of current polarization in Colombia as a result of its
implementation, taking into account its implications for both victims and those appearing who do
not accept responsibility.
