Abstract
Teniendo en cuenta la influencia de las Asociaciones Público- Privadas en la ejecución de
proyectos de infraestructura en la ciudad de Bogotá, desde la promulgación de la Ley 1508 de
2012 que le dio vida a este modelo, se resalta que el nivel de participación en los proyectos de la
Administración Distrital de Bogotá no ha sido tan destacado, especialmente en los de
infraestructura.
En términos de gestión por resultados, efectividad y experiencia de este tipo de asociaciones en
los proyectos en la Capital, no se demuestran mayores avances, tal como los confirman los
informes del Institución de Desarrollo Urbano, IDU y la Contraloría de Bogotá. Sin embargo,
autoridades en el tema resaltan que Colombia y Bogotá, siguen siendo entornos muy favorables
para el desarrollo de las APP de infraestructura en América Latina y el Caribe.
Taking into account the influence of Public-Private Partnerships in the execution of infrastructure
projects in the city of Bogotá, since the promulgation of Law 1508 of 2012 when beginning the
model of PPP, it is highlighted that the level of participation in the projects of the District
Administration of Bogotá, has not been so outstanding, especially in infrastructure.
In terms of results-based management, effectiveness and experience of this type of partnerships in
projects in the Capital, no major progress is demonstrated, as confirmed by the reports of the Urban
Development Institution, IDU and the Comptroller of Bogotá. However, authorities on the subject
highlight that Colombia and Bogotá continue to be very favorable environments for the
development of infrastructure APPs in Latin America and the Caribbean
