dc.description.abstract | Las compañías han tenido que evolucionar dentro de su organización de igual forma que las personas; a medida que ha pasado el tiempo se vienen creando nuevos modelos para instaurar en los equipos de trabajo donde los líderes se establecen como un rol clave, uno de ellos, el liderazgo compartido, que dentro del caso de estudio ha sido implementado dentro de la organización de una agencia de publicidad; modelo que trae beneficios como el incremento de participación dentro del equipo, asertividad en toma de decisiones, respaldo en las actividades bajo la ausencia, entre otros. El liderazgo compartido supone un riesgo que se ha visto materializado principalmente por el aumento en la interacción humana y, por lo tanto, el manejo de las emociones. En el presente ensayo se aborda el estudio de la neurociencia aplicada al liderazgo, conocido como neuroliderazgo desde el atributo del cerebro conocida como la neuroplasticidad que permite moldear cualquier comportamiento humano; ideal en entornos empresariales y adecuado para líderes. | spa |
