Abstract
El presente ensayo, tiene como propósito argumentar la necesidad de crear y mantener entornos de trabajo seguros y saludables en el sector de la construcción en la pandemia. Para esto, se indagó sobre las principales medidas que implemento el gobierno nacional colombiano en el retorno al trabajo presencial de este sector. Por otra parte, se identificaron los principales factores de riesgo postpandemicos que podrían representar un daño inminente en el personal que labora en la construcción desde un punto de vista biológico y psicosocial. Finalmente, se presentaron estadísticas de accidentalidad de este sector para afirmar la necesidad de implementar y mantener los entornos seguros y saludables en el trabajo
The purpose of this essay is to argue the need to create and maintain safe and healthy work environments in the construction sector during the pandemic. For this, the main measures implemented by the Colombian national government in the return to face-to-face work in this sector were investigated. On the other hand, the main post-pandemic risk factors were identified that could represent imminent harm to personnel working in construction from a biological and psychosocial point of view. Finally, accident statistics for this sector were presented to affirm the need to implement and maintain safe and healthy environments at work.
