Abstract
Actualmente en la Organización Andina de Seguridad Privada Ltda., se realiza la facturación a los clientes de acuerdo a la nómina operativa que nos reportan los coordinadores de cada contrato a través de una programación que se actualiza semanalmente y los días 25 se realiza corte para la elaboración de la nómina. El día 5 del mes siguiente cuando se revisa la facturación se evidencia que los gestores no están notificando al área de facturación todos los servicios realmente prestados, para realizar la factura de acuerdo a la nómina pagada y se están quedando servicios sin facturar en los diferentes puestos de trabajo y modalidades de turnos, por lo tanto, se está generando un sobrecosto de nómina. Por tal motivo, se busca fortalecer el proceso de control interno dentro del procedimiento de nómina y facturación.
Currently, the Organización Andina de Seguridad Privada Ltda. bills customers according to the operational payroll reported by the coordinators of each contract through a schedule that is updated weekly and on the 25th a cut is made for the preparation of payroll. On the 5th of the following month, when the billing is reviewed, it is evident that the managers are not notifying the billing area of all the services actually provided to invoice according to the payroll paid, and services are remaining unbilled in the different workstations. Work and shift modalities, therefore, a payroll cost overrun is being generated. For this reason, it seeks to strengthen the internal control process within the payroll and billing procedure.
