Abstract
La gerencia financiera juega un papel fundamental en cualquier tipo de organización, por este motivo se ha decidido hacer esta investigación en una IPS del sector salud de Gastroenterología, la investigación surge por las necesidades de innovación tecnológica de la institución para poder realizar la adquisición de nueva tecnología en equipos biomédicos, con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los pacientes y sus familias en cuanto a procedimientos diagnósticos y terapéuticos se refiere, la investigación está enfocada al proyecto de innovación de la institución, realizando una serie de análisis financieros a los estados de resultados e identificando algunos de los indicadores a tener en cuenta por la gerencia financiara al momento de iniciar cualquier tipo de proyecto, adicionalmente se realiza una verificación del entorno del sector salud en el cual se detallan varios aspectos a tener en cuenta como lo son, el análisis de competitividad, la capacidad instalada, la evolución del consumo interno del sector salud, los principales servicios del área de gastroenterología, entre otros aspectos importantes a tener en cuenta por parte de la gerencia financiera, adicionalmente se da respuesta al interrogante planteado al inicio de la investigación y por último se expone un concepto de viabilidad del proyecto a realizar en la IPS de Gastroenterología. Finalizando el documento podrá encontrar las conclusiones derivadas de la investigación enfocadas a la importancia de la gerencia financiera en los proyectos de innovación tecnología en la IPS.
Financial management plays a fundamental role in any type of organization, for this reason it has been decided to do this research in an IPS of the Gastroenterology health sector, the research arises from the needs of technological innovation of the institution to be able to carry out the acquisition of new technology in biomedical equipment, in order to meet the needs of patients and their families in terms of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, the research is focused on the innovation project of the institution, carrying out a series of financial analyzes to the statements of results and identifying some of the indicators to be taken into account by the financial management at the time of initiating any type of project, in addition, a verification of the environment of the health sector is carried out in which several aspects to be taken into account are detailed, such as the analysis of competitiveness, installed capacity, the evolution of the internal high of the health sector, the main services of the gastroenterology area, among other important aspects to be taken into account by the financial management, additionally, the question raised at the beginning of the investigation is answered and finally a concept of viability is exposed of the project to be carried out in the IPS of Gastroenterology. At the end of the document you will find the conclusions derived from the research focused on the importance of financial management in technology innovation projects in the IPS.
