Abstract
La transformación digital es tendencia en el siglo XXI, lo cual permite que sectores como el campo tengan acceso a unos recursos tecnológicos, este ensayo se enfoca en llevar el inventario de los procesos avícolas e insumos por medio de una APP que sea de fácil manejo y va enfocado a todas las granjas que buscan optimizar sus recursos llevando sus inventarios en tiempo real, se da un análisis durante los años 2019 al 2021 destacando los antecedentes, las afectaciones, el impacto por la emergencia sanitaria y el incremento en sus insumos; aportando a la sub línea de investigación contable teórica y educación contable, fortaleciendo nuestro conocimiento y permitiendo acercar más la contabilidad a todos los sectores económicos.
Digital transformation is a trend in the XXI century, which allows sectors such as the field to have access to technological resources, this essay focuses on taking the inventory of poultry processes and inputs through a PPP that is easy to manage and is focused on all farms that seek to optimize their resources by taking their inventories in real time, an analysis is given from 2019 to 2021 highlighting the background, the affectations, the impact of the health emergency and the increase in its inputs; contributing to the sub-line of theoretical accounting research and accounting education, strengthening our knowledge and allowing us to bring accounting closer to all economic sectors.
