Abstract
Gracias a la expansión del término Big Data y las habilidades blandas con las que debe contar un trabajador se busca exponer la relación que tiene ser virtuoso del manejo de gran cantidad de datos (Big Data), junto a un manejo seguro de los datos (Open Data) con que esto se traduzca en poder ser un gran líder del siglo XXI y poder obtener buenas relaciones que contribuyan al desarrollo del trabajador.
Thanks to the expansion of the term Big Data and the soft skills that a worker must have, we seek to expose the relationship between being virtuous in the management of large amounts of data (Big Data), together with a secure management of data (Open Data) and the fact that this translates into being a great leader of the 21st century and being able to obtain good relationships that contribute to the development of the worker.
