Abstract
Los conflictos híbridos, se consideraron un tema de análisis para los estudios de la guerra moderna a principios del siglo XXI, sin embargo, han existido desde épocas mucho más remotas. Estos conflictos se caracterizan por la no utilización de armas convencionales y el evitar el combate directo entre las partes que se enfrentan; estos buscan desinformar, desprestigiar y generar una desestabilización, política, social, económica, entre otras, es decir, buscan debilitar al Estado contrincante evitando el combate directo. En la relación entre Colombia y Venezuela se evidencia una fuerte tensión con todos los componentes de una guerra híbrida, esta situación conflictiva tuvo inicio en la época de gobierno del expresidente Álvaro Uribe y el ex presidente Hugo Chávez, y continua en la actualidad agudizándose durante el mandato del presidente Iván Duque y Nicolás Maduro a tal punto que se han roto todos los medios diplomáticos entre ambos Estados. En este periodo se ha incrementado el control territorial, las acusaciones falsas, y el uso de las redes sociales y medios de comunicación como medio de difusión de noticias falsas, como también se incrementó la xenofobia y las constantes provocaciones entre ambos gobiernos a tal punto de convertirse en una amenaza mutua a la seguridad nacional.
Hybrid conflicts were considered a subject of analysis for studies of modern warfare at the beginning of the 21st century, however, they have existed since much more remote times. These conflicts are characterized by the non-use of conventional weapons and the avoidance of direct combat between the opposing parties; They seek to misinform, discredit and generate political, social, economic destabilization, among others, that is, they seek to weaken the opposing State by avoiding direct combat. In the relationship between Colombia and Venezuela, a strong tension is evident with all the components of a hybrid war, this conflictive situation began during the government of former President Álvaro Uribe and former President Hugo Chávez, and continues to worsen during the mandate of President Iván Duque and Nicolás Maduro to such an extent that all diplomatic means between the two States have been broken. In this period, territorial control, false accusations, and the use of social networks and media outlets as a means of disseminating false news have increased, as have xenophobia and constant provocations between both governments to the point of become a mutual threat to national security.
