Abstract
Al interior del Ejército Nacional de Colombia, hay una población de oficiales y suboficiales que, en cumplimiento de sus funciones, sufrieron heridas en sus cuerpos, esto les ocasionó una disminución en su capacidad laboral por lo que fueron calificados con grado de invalidez; no obstante, continuaron en el servicio activo por varios años más, tiempo en el cual, realizaron carreras profesionales liberales. Tiempo después, la institución militar les impide seguir ascendiendo o los retira del servicio activo por no acreditar el requisito de aptitud psicofísica para el servicio previsto en el régimen de carrera militar, sin tenerles en cuenta sus capacidades intelectuales. Por tal motivo, lo que se pretende con esta investigación es proponerle al Ejército Nacional de Colombia, una propuesta de reubicación laboral a esta personal militar en condición de discapacidad para que puedan seguir ascendiendo y continuar en el servicio activo, y de esta forma cumplir con los fines del Estado social de derecho, que se consagro en la constitución política de 1991.
Within the National Army of Colombia, there is a population of officers and non-commissioned officers who, in the performance of their duties, suffered injuries to their bodies, this caused a decrease in their work capacity, for which they were qualified with a degree of disability; however, they continued in active service for several more years, during which time they pursued liberal professional careers. Some time later, the military institution prevents them from moving up or withdraws them from active service for not accrediting the requirement of psychophysical aptitude for the service provided for in the military career system, without taking into account their intellectual capacities. For this reason, what is intended with this research is to propose to the National Army of Colombia, a job relocation proposal to these disabled military personnel so that they can continue to rise and continue in active service, and thus comply with the purposes of the social state of law, which was enshrined in the political constitution of 1991.
