Abstract
En el marco de la formación médica, se contemplan aspectos previamente establecidos normativamente que de manera global reconocen los parámetros normativos aplicables en el desarrollo de prácticas hospitalarias. En ese contexto se visibiliza al médico en formación como un sujeto que se integra a la vida laboral del centro hospitalario en donde el estudiante adquiere el derecho a programas de salud en el trabajo en los cuales se reconoce el riesgo psicosocial que debe y activarse a través de la aseguradora de riesgos laborales como una línea de salud mental. Para la atención de riesgos psicosociales se deben garantizar programas institucionales los cuales deben incluir todos los grupos de valor incluyendo los estudiantes y aplicar las baterías psicosociales a partir del nivel de riesgo que tenga la IPS. La atención de riesgos psicosociales es indispensable para la formación de los estudiantes e internos de medicina en las rotaciones de prácticas formativas, esto permite el afrontamiento de las necesidades emocionales que se tienen en las condiciones individuales, intralaborales, extralaborales, cuando se cuenta con la identificación de la problemática psicosocial se hace frente a partir de la identificación, atención de la necesidad, seguimiento y evaluación, es por ello el interés de conocer la legislación en este tema permite contar con herramientas para la notificación y manejo de situaciones adversas por medio de las instituciones garantes de estos riesgos que si son visibilizados en la práctica formativa y corresponden a procesos intralaborales deben ser atendidas de manera inmediata por la administradora de riesgos laborales previo a la investigación del caso particular el cual debe quedar documentado, de ser catalogado como riesgo psicosocial se aplican los protocolos necesarios para brindar el manejo al caso de ser situaciones adversas en lo extralaboral e individual se debe brindar manejo mediante la entidad promotora de salud.
Within the framework of medical training, previously established normative aspects are contemplated that globally recognize the applicable normative parameters in the development of hospital practices. In this context, the doctor in training is made visible as a subject that is integrated into the working life of the hospital center where the student acquires the right to health programs at work in which the psychosocial risk that must be recognized and activated through of the occupational risk insurer as a line of mental health. For the care of psychosocial risks, institutional programs must be guaranteed, which must include all value groups, including students, and apply the psychosocial batteries based on the level of risk that the IPS has. The care of psychosocial risks is essential for the training of medical students and interns in the rotations of training practices, this allows coping with the emotional needs that are had in the individual, intra-labor, extra-labor conditions, when there is the identification of the psychosocial problem is faced from the identification, attention to the need, monitoring and evaluation, that is why the interest of knowing the legislation on this subject allows having tools for the notification and management of adverse situations through the Institutions that guarantee these risks that, if they are made visible in the training practice and correspond to intra-labor processes, must be attended to immediately by the occupational risk administrator prior to the investigation of the particular case, which must be documented. If it is classified as a psychosocial risk, it apply the necessary protocols In order to provide management in the case of adverse situations outside work and individually, management must be provided through the health promoting entity.
