Abstract
La Geomática enmarca un caso puntual del transporte de cargas extradimensionales y extrapesadas por la vía que conduce hacia un proyecto de interés nacional de hidrocarburos. En marco al proyecto se encuentra reglamentado por la Resolución 1253 de 2006 donde describe el procedimiento y cumplimiento a impactos ambientales con planes de mitigación para posibles afectaciones sociales, adicional la Resolución 3800 de 2005 Ministerio de Transporte, 2006 especifica que los daños causados a terceros se deben subsanar. Seguidamente se captura mediante un formulario que identifica el ítem afectaciones a la estructura predial a partir de resumidos generales identificados en el libro Construdata mediante dispositivo móvil Arcpad y por ultimo generar reporte de los valores causados por la afectación a los predios a partir de la información espacial capturada, aprovechada por los negociadores de tierras en su gestión.
Geomatics embrace a case of extra-dimensional transport and extra-heavy loads on the road that leads to a project of national interest of hydrocarbons. The frame of the project is regulated by Resolution 1253 from 2006 which describes the procedure and comply with environmental impact mitigation plans for potential social affectations, aparto from Resolution 3800 from 2005 of the Ministry of Transportation 2006, it specifies that the damages caused to third parties must offset.Next, the propierty structure is captured using a form identifying the item damages based on general summarized in the book Construdata via mobile device Arcpad and finally it is generated the report of values caused by the effect on the properties from the spatial information captured, seized by the land negotiators in their management.
